2017 Craftwork Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
A mouth-filling Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe berry aromas and a hint of fresh tarragon, followed by rich flavors of blackberry and cassis and a lingering sweet oak finish. The soft, yet structured, tannins make it a terrific pairing with steaks, chops, and juicy burgers.

2017 Ranch 32 Pinot Noir
Our 2017 Pinot Noir delivers delicate aromas of cherries, blackberries and currants with notes of chocolate and vanilla from the French oak. It is medium-bodied and velvety with soft tannins and a long elegant finish. This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with salmon, pork and strong cheeses.

2015 Ryder Estate Cuvee 348 Merlot
Our Merlot opens with powerful notes of blueberries and dark plums, accentuated by hints of vanilla and mocha. The rich flavors of black cherry and cassis are broad, ripe and satisfying. The soft, integrated tannins lead into a lingering black fruit finish with subtle tones of oak and chocolate.

2018 Craftwork Estate Pinot Grigio
Aromas of stone fruit and citrus are followed by a lively blend of pear and tropical fruit. The palate displays crisp acidity with a fruit-forward finish, making this a versatile wine that pairs particularly well with light dishes, grilled chicken, prosciutto and melon, or all on its own.

2017 Craftwork Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Striking aromatics of grapefruit and guava with hints of fresh herbs lead to flavors of ripe apple and melon. The finish is bright, crisp with a balanced lingering tropical fruit finish. Delicious as an apéritif, our Sauvignon Blanc is extremely food-friendly and pairs well with a broad range of foods, including citrusy ceviche, grilled shrimp or scallops, gazpacho, and Asian stir fry.

2017 Ranch 32 Chardonnay
Bright, crisp and balanced, our 2017 Chardonnay captures the distinct personality of the Arroyo Seco AVA. The nose delivers yellow apple, citrus, tropical fruit and toasted vanilla beans. The palate is rich and concentrated with notes of carmel, butterscotch and minerality. This versatile wine can be served as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to your favorite fowl and seafood dishes.

Our wines are handcrafted from estate grown grapes from our vineyards in Monterey County, located in California’s golden Central Coast. This growing region is a wonder, with a myriad of soils, elevations and microclimates that allow us to grow an array of varieties. Through vigilant attention to these influences, we strive to showcase the natural expression of the vineyard, variety and vintage in every bottle. In a world of flashy technology, some might call this helplessly old-fashioned. We call it Craftwork.

Ranch 32 Wines
On the west side of the Salinas Valley, directly in the path of Monterey’s relentless afternoon winds, sits Ranch 32. This is the place where we first planted vines in 1972 when winegrowing was in its infancy in Monterey County. The specialness of the region was understood, but it would take a few decades for the vineyards to reach their full potential. Ranch 32 is about highlighting the natural characteristics of the terroir and conveying the taste of place. Each vintage, we produce small lots of wines from our sustainably farmed estate vineyards that represent the best of the appellation. From the renowned Arroyo Seco AVA, we craft our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Further south from the San Lucas and Hames Valley AVAs, we bring you our Cabernet Sauvignon.
