Side Deal is not up front and true to their Customers. When you order you are automatically signed up for Membership. Then $4.99 is taken from you Account on record each month and most people don’t even realize it like me therefore since December 2018 until March 2019 I have paid $40.00 which made the Deal 60.00 rather than the $20.00 deal that I thought I was getting.

I tried to cancel by calling the number on my credit card statement, no answer and no response to messages. I cannot find the “one click Cancellation button” on the website. I have been disputing the charges of $5.38 per month with my credit card company for 6 months. This stinks.
I called March 12 and asked you to cancel both memberships where I had paid 4.99 twice in one day. I never say the two credits. Now today April 12 I again have two charges for 4.99 membership fees. This is very, very wrong.
Hi @sarahkp53 not sure who you called but there is no phone support at SideDeal. Your Membership can easily be canceled on your own without SideDeal doing anything.

There is no way to cancel this stupid membership. Tell Steve this membership sucks. and I want out of it.It says one click cancel but it’s not cancelling. Please cancel and make it user friendly to cancel

How do I determine vendor or merchant name and location? For example; I would like to know if I’m ordering an item from China. It takes longer to receive and can be more expensive than the product to return.
Hey guys, please read your “terms of membership” before just hitting a button. You agreed to them, as did I. I didn’t order anything for the past two months so I cancelled membership and they DID reimburse me the $4.99 charge. This is a solid company. So chill out, read terms before ever clicking to agree. Also, YES it is quite simple to cancel your membership. It took me all of 10 seconds (albeit after I had to reset password that I had forgotten! MY FAULT!!). Steve Harvey (I do not speak for Mr. Harvey I’m just trying to tell y’all to chill out!) wouldn’t endorse a shady company. Have some faith and some patience people! Fix the problem by following the easy steps. Take a breath, follow the steps and if you ever want to reorder… I suggest you READ the rules before clicking on the “I agree” button so you can get your $1000+ items at $279… … you can rejoin and cancel if you don’t want to purchase every month. CALM DOWN. It literally takes a few seconds.
Listen this company sucks, will never fo business again, I had to sent email to find out my order was cancelled due to inventory issue, they just did not have enough merchandise, but they took the money, not pending till shipping no just took it, Stay AWAY !!!
I am not in the business of messing another business up, all my children runs and owns businesses. I just need to know and understand or talk to someone if I need to cancel an order that appears Two times before it is shipped out.

Yes I canceled my membership and they are still taking money out of my checking account. They said that I was no longer a member so why are they taking money out of my account. I would like to have it back.They took it out of my account on May 20th for $4.99.
@KathyBurton not sure when you canceled vs when you were billed, but any questions regarding this should be directed to support. They will be able to see any charges made to your card as well as any join/cancel dates of Membership.
