My order has been at a delivery service in orlando since January 15th and I still haven’t received it that’s ridiculous

I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve ordered. It’s arrived on time and if someone hasn’t received theirs it may be due to the weather. Have patience, I know it’s hard but it’s not the end if the world…yet
