@Garricus so long as you submitted a support request (SideDeal.com/support) you should receive a response back, if you still haven’t seen one make sure to check any spam/promo folders in your email.
I ordered two pairs.
Both do not turn on or connect to the phone. Fully charged. Nothing will seems to work to get them paired with the phone or turned on at all.
Now to try for a refund.
The look of them is great! I was excited to try them, but I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 pairs, and one pair does not work at all. The other, only one bud works, the other doesn’t work. This was a very useless purchase!

Scam. I also bought two pairs and neither will connect to my phone.
