I would rate this a zero star if I could. We just went on a cruise and it tore by the handle just putting it up in the overhead bin at the BEGINNING of our vacation and I had to deal with it the whole trip!! The reason it tore is because it’s not reinforced at the base of the handles on one side of the bag!! I am putting a request in for a refund. VERY disappointed and I rarely ever give a bad review on things…but this bag is cheap.
