A cut above
You know what’s better than a nice knife?
Yep. Two of them.
And yes, we know that a lot of you out there really enjoy a good price on a good knife, but we’ve had limited opportunities to see how well that translates to buying multiple knives.
So let’s give it a go.
As for the knives themselves, they’re very light, very strong, and (most importantly?) very, very cool-looking. The black and grey coloring is cool and modern. The skeletonized handle looks somehow both primitive and futuristic at the same time.
And the little red accent adds…something. We can’t put our fingers on it, but that tiny circle definitely brings an extra design element to the whole equation.
The black oxide finish won’t rust and the handle has a carbon fiber underlay. Not bad for twenty bucks a piece.
Mostly we just recommend that you grab a couple of these and enjoy the sweet satisfaction of having a high-quality knife (or two) available when you need it.
Whether that means fighting off a wild boar or dutifully breaking down a cardboard box like the garbage people ask, you’ll be glad you have it.
