We know you’re probably running through the usual suspects for one of our food offers, scanning to see if these are so cheap because of unfortunate branding or maybe thanks to super-odd flavors that would never make it off a store shelf.
We’ll spare you the suspense. It’s none of that. It’s the “best by” dates, which are approximately…………………………(wait for it)…………….right now.
But as we hope everyone here understands by now, a best-by date is a silly and ultimately arbitrary concern with more than enough wiggle room to make it kind of preposterous that it’s the difference between these costing $2.25 each and a mere quarter a piece.
These bars land squarely in the premium category and are frankly worth every bit of that retail asking price, by the way. But you don’t come here for fair deals on excellent products, so we’re happy to be able to hit you with a screaming deal with no downside other than that one minor calendar-related caveat.
