An oven revolution
You might remember a time mid-pandemic when really expensive outdoor pizza ovens were all the rage. It was after people got sick of sourdough bread but before they started doing cold plunge ice baths.
Anyway, kind of like that show about the guy with all the tigers, the outdoor pizza oven phenomenon was fine for that point in time, but probably doesn’t hold too important a place in your life now. Because lighting wood pellets with a blowtorch in your backyard isn’t exactly a relaxing or efficient way to whip up an easy dinner.
So how about an indoor pizza oven? The kind that plugs in. And requires no blowtorch (nor fire extinguisher). You know, the way people actually cook when they aren’t trying to make an Instagram reel out of it.
Well, this is that.
It’s a high-end, brand-name pizza oven that will do the job to perfection with a minimum of fuss and absolutely no expectation that you go outside to cook. And by “do the job” we obviously mean making pizza, but it turns out it can also handle cookies, pies, etc.
