Take a deep breath.
Stress takes a toll.
And even though most of us end up with at least a little bit of downtime each day, it can be tempting to just use that as an opportunity to push stress to the back of your mind instead of actually dealing with it.
Why actively grapple with the tension you’ve been carrying around after getting into an argument at work (or whatever) when you could just smash those feelings into a little ball and chuck them behind the couch while you watch TV and pretend it doesn’t exist?
The next thing you know, it’ll be bedtime. That’s when you can fall into a tentatively anxious sleep and wait until all that sweet stress is there for you as soon as you get up in the morning.
After that, simply repeat until you die.
As infomercials say (usually with a hair less existential dread), there has to be a better way!
There is. It’s this. Get yourself a serious back and neck massager that you can use to actively de-stress yourself at the end of the day. Or, on a particularly bad Tuesday, maybe around 10:15.
Either way, this little guy will be there for you. Get yourself the tool you need to tackle stress once and for all.
What’s that? Your tense and achy body needs something a little more targeted and perhaps slightly pointier to do the job?
Choose your weapon and start tackling stress head on.
