I received these boots and although I ordered a half size bigger, I could not get my foot in and there is no zipper. I contacted the support team and was treated very well. They wrote me back and issued me a credit very quickly. I was treated with respect and I really appreciated that. I will not hesitate to order again because I know if I ever have a problem it will be handled quickly. By the way, the boots are really cute and well made. My only problem is that I couldn’t get them on. The opening is small.
