Stretch and pull.
Sometimes the best way to do something turns out to be, just…shockingly simple and straightforward. Like how you can spend hundreds of dollars on a whole bunch of clunky free weights and a body tracking camera so that a more attractive person can yell at you while the app counts your reps orrrr…. you can drop fifteen bucks on some resistance bands and get much the same effect (minus the sexy yelling).
Aside from being a great workout, the awesome thing about resistance bands is just how convenient and versatile they can be. For example, a 50-pound resistance band doesn’t need to weigh 50 pounds. So that’s cool.
With this set you get those nice, chunky 50-pounders, plus their little siblings coming in at 40, 30, 20, and 10 pounds each. Basically, it’s everything you need to target whatever muscles you want, using several levels of resistance. Not only that, but it’s all wonderfully compact and fits happily into the included bag so that it can travel with you if you want or just stay out of the way at home.
Oh and have a look at the pictures over there. This includes both the usual band-shaped bands as well at the heavy-duty tube-shaped ones with the metal clips.
So yeah. Can you do every workout in the world with these? No. But can you do more than enough to get yourself stronger and more fit? For sure.
Not bad for fifteen bucks.
