Doggone effective
They probably shouldn’t have called this a shock collar. It has a shock option, but calling it a shock collar kind of reduces the whole thing to being a dog shocking device, and it really isn’t that.
It’s a training collar. You can make it beep. You can make it vibrate. And, yes, you can make it do a mild shock. All of this together gives you a bunch of useful training tools to help you teach your dog what to do and what not to do.
It’s kind of like those electric fences, which will also do a shock. Yeah, the shock is there, but the whole point is that your dog learns the boundary and doesn’t get shocked anymore.
Anyway, it’s intended for medium to large dogs and the handheld remote works for like 1,000 yards.
If you’re unsure of how all this is supposed to work, it comes with a free ebook, too. So if you’re trying to crack the code on effective dog training and think this might be the ticket, grab one now for just twenty-five bucks.
