I have bought 5 of these, have 2 sets configured in stereo pairs and one as single speaker. Each one has arrived in pristine condition, no cord missing or other issues. I have a feeling these are mostly new items being closed out by Sonos. When properly set up, they sound awesome. Make sure to do the TruePlay (or whatever it is called) tuning, makes a big difference.

One speaker was bricked out of the box.
One speaker was bricked out of the box. Unable to factory reset and a solid green / teal light indicating hardware failure are the result of many power cycles on and off. Connecting directly to Ethernet also did nothing. Beware - some units may be shipped without appropriate QC checking / confirmation that the units actually function. Other speaker works great hence the 2 stars, average of 5 and 0 stars.
