Quick on the draw
You don’t realize how long those under-the-tongue thermometers take to work until you try and get your kid to sit still long enough to get a reading. Besides, that technology is ancient, whereas touchless thermometers like this one are basically indistinguishable from what they’d use in the sick bay on Star Trek. Seriously…spray paint one of these a darker color and stick some more LEDs on there and it could be straight out of the props department—except it would also actually work.
The future is now, apparently.
And while it’s pretty rad that something like this even exists, it’s equally amazing that you can get two for $15. It’s like these completely skipped the stage where it’s a $120 luxury item.
Oh well. Retail’s loss is your gain.
Go ahead and get yourself a pair of super-fast touchless thermometers with a mercifully easy-to-read display and plenty of built-in memory.
Point and shoot. It’s as easy as that.
