The business of brightness
Today’s deal is for a two-pack of super bright outdoor floodlights. These are not to be confused with super bright indoor floodlights, which would be for a very specific type of person who probably buys such things from the dark web. (We’re mostly kidding and also see no reason that you couldn’t use the outdoor lights inside if you really needed to. Sometimes you gotta build a high-security interrogation chamber on a budget, right?)
Anyway, this is a great set of lights and even in a world where outdoor cameras are cheap, abundant, and fit inside a doorbell, these are still pretty much the best way to improve security outside of your house. Your sneaky wifi camera isn’t going to scare anybody off, but a couple thousand lumens of LED brightness tend to have the desired effect.
So yeah. These are an easy buy and a painless installation. They’re motion-activated, but they can also connect to your network of smart home stuff to do the typical smart home things.
Not too shabby. A bright idea, you might even say.
