Stroop There It Is
Imagine you have a cup of coffee, or a cup of tea.
Now, imagine you’ve got this crispy wafer cookie thing.
Now put it on top of your cup so it’s blocking the steam.
Let it sit there for like a minute.
Now take it off, maybe blow on it or wave it around a bit, and take a bite.
I can’t be the only one who, from the third step, was already sold.
There’s just something inherently satisfying about how the stroopwafel perfectly covers the top of the cup, and then knowing that the steam is probably going to infuse some of the drink’s flavor on it…
And whoops, now I’ve bought three tins.
