Ooh! Red Reishi.
Fall is coming. There are Halloween decorations at Home Depot right now. (That doesn’t make it right or anything, but it’s true.)
And there are a lot of nutritional pitfalls as the weather gets cooler. It’s when coffee shops entice you with their pumpkin spice offerings and you walk in wanting a taste of the season and walk out with a 900-calorie milkshake that tastes a little bit like leaves and costs like six bucks.
Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. Because it turns out you can get your pumpkin spice fix and your coffee fix without having to succumb to the ever-present siren song of that ubiquitous green mermaid.
Let’s talk numbers.
A 56-pack for fifteen bucks means that each of your coffee drinks are $0.27 a piece. And calories? There are 10. Not 100. Not 500. Just 10.
Pretty rad, right?
These also have some good extras in them, like Reishi (“Nature’s Xanax”) and some stuff that promotes metabolism. We haven’t exactly checked, but we’re pretty sure the Starbucks drinks don’t have that.
Keep your coffee simple. You’ll love this stuff.
