Customer service is amazing!
I had a problem with this shoe. It is a really cute shoe but too wide for me. I reached out to customer service and they contacted me right away. They address the problem and they were professional and super nice.
soft and comfortable
So far as of now, they have been comfortable and soothing, sizing chart is not very well informed, if you are a 6 or 6.5 your better off with a small size as the medium slip off the front.

They fit well and they're comfortable.
I have really swollen feet due to an injury and these shoes in X large really helped me and I can wear them comfortably. I am ordering another pair to have while the one pair is dirty or being cleaned. Thank you.

Slippers fits a bit loose infront. It is heavy. Not a terrible slippers but wish it was less heavy .
Comfort
These slippers are very comfortable, but they run large.
Not safe
Unless you have really fat feet, don’t order these. The top strap is so big my feet go through them when I walk. Customer service did reach out and processed a refund. The customer service is why I changed my review from 1 star to 3. I ended up doubling up the fabric and sewing it. Now my feet stay in place.
They were a larger size than 8-9
Size issue
Bought as a Mother’s Day gift for my sisters and are extremely big….not a snug fit. You will absolutely fall because your foot slides all the way through. Extremely disappointed.
Did not fit
I were a 6 so I purchase a small and my toes come out of the front of the slippers. They’re not tight enough to prevent this. Terrible fit.
Bad fit for a slip on
Impossible to walk in!
I bought these in a Large. Couldn’t walk in them. Purchased a different size. Still impossible to walk in without sliding all over, and toes hanging out. Not a good slipper.

These slippers should fit me but they are too small. I need to return them all.
