From table to flame

First of all, we just want to point out that today’s deal is manufactured by BK, a company you may or may not realize are the ones who actually invented dutch ovens. That’s pretty cool, because dutch ovens are great. But this black steel carbon grill tray thing of theirs in nothing if not proof that BK isn’t some cookware one hit wonder.

It’s basically meant to sit on your kitchen counter for prep work and then go right into the oven or out to the grill when you’re ready to do that part. That means no tedious transferring of things with tongs or dropping stuff along the way.

Also, unlike your grill/oven, this has a dense grid pattern, which means you aren’t going to have stuff falling through the cracks and being lost forever to the flames (or catching fire later when you inevitably forget to fish it out after everything cools off).

So yeah. Prep in the kitchen and then walk the whole mess out to the grill. Or arrange everything neatly on the counter and then shove it in the oven.

Super easy. Maybe not as innovative as a dutch oven, but not bad for a sophomore album.
