I sent an email last Monday.
Need someone to correspond with me abou this product. Not good. Sent an email last week to address the issues but have not heard from anyone. I bought two as it seemed like a great deal. However, a processor that can not break down food like an apple, no matter how small one cuts it is not what I want. This is my third processor but this one does not keep up.

Very dissapointed with product, does not work, squeezer was quickly blocked, produced one ounce of juice in one minute,spiral pusher almost no movement when in operation.
