I emailed customer support and they said wait another 7 to 10 business days then get back with us!!! Really!!!

I don’t know. It might be okay. I did not open it. I am returningn it because I found another smartwatch on Morning Save with better reviews and a smaller screen. I thought this one would be too large for me. I am a woman.
Very unhappy with this product!
I thought I was buying a watch that was fashionable and easy to wear. I can’t even set the day and time without going to the internet and being asked to subscribe to apps that want my credit card info. I’m returning this watch unless someone can tell me how to use it without all of these obstacles!
Crappy watch, few options
Vibration on watch is extremely weak with no way to adjust. Sms messages are also problematic. I would not purchase this watch again. Read return policy. Looks like I’m stuck with this as a spare but don’t plan on using it.

I would like a refund because I can’t see the instructions in this small print and it’s confusing . Would like a response please about returning this watch .

Totally fraudulent advertising. Amazon sells this smart watch for $39.96. all the time. There are many more for less and a bit more. No where on the 20 pages of smart watches is a watch that looks like this on any where near $160.00
Charged but never showed screen, tried to get customer service but haven’t heard anything yet. I tried all the hacks I could find but none worked
