I wish that I could use it without being plugged in. I thought it was just charging. I don’t feel safe using it while charging, but oh well it works great.

A little more awkward to use than I thought it would be.
Speed Durability
At first I thought huh… impressive until I plugged it in and turned it on. The motors are not strong enough to handle my body weight leaning back in my chair. I am afraid the durability will not last the year out.
There is no Heat
There is no heating element that I can detect. The device tries to make you think it is heated by having red lights. Also the straps are too short - I have to hold my hands chest high.
Massager
I have only had this Back and Neck Massager with Heat since April 22, 2022. I have used it less than a half of dozen times. This Massager just stop working on me August 10, 2022. It is not worth it.
Horrible!
This item is big and bulky. It doesn’t sit comfortably around my neck. As a matter of fact it hurts no matter where I place the massager.
