Great deal on quality boots
Just received my order. They are well made for the price. Excellent quality and workmanship. So glad I caught this DEAL. So happy I purchased 2 pair of them. Size is perfect. Colors ( burgundy and black) are vibrant.

easy to put on, and look great… glad I bought 2 pairs… will be good in the fall and spring and possibly the summer, don’t want to wear them in the snow, but when I go shopping , in the winter, I will wear them… I LOVE THEM. easy on, easy off… perfect fit… great price, now I wish I would’ve bought them in all colors… shipping was fast.

These Muk Luks are the prettiest boots I’ve ever seen. I want more BUT they are sold out. They are truly beautiful footwear; I am a customer for life!

Very cute. A little tight but will soften with wear. Haven’t tested them in the Chicago winter weather yet but they are light enough for Spring and Fall as well.
I just wish they weren't made in China.
Muk Luks have been around for a lonnnnng time, that’s why I bought them. I will wear them around the house to keep my feet warm.

This is a quality boot.
Shoe good, sizing not correct
I ordered a size 7 because I am between a 6.5 and 7. These boots run small. I can get them on with a little difficulty. Once on it was really too snug. I checked the ad and no where did it say runs small. I requested to exchange for 7.5 and was told I will have to pay postage to return for a refund. I bought 2 pair and the postage will cost almost what I spent. What a shame that this company isn’t accurate in their advertising as I would have ordered a size up and wouldn’t be so disappointed.

NOT true to size! These run about 1-2 sizes too SMALL.
Disappointed that the Muk Luks boots ran so small. However, I am updating my review to reflect the excellent customer service I (eventually) got from the Morning Save support team. The first person I got in response to my issue offered no help whatsoever and told me that I had to pay for return shipping. But then a second representative contacted me out of the blue and offered to send me a pre-paid shipping label. THANK YOU!!! Very much appreciated! Pre-paid return shipping should have been offered right away, as these are basically ‘defective’ boots.
Aren't True to Size and are Painful
I wear an 8.5 or 9 (narrow), but ordered these in a 9.5 so I’d have plenty of room for socks. However, I had GREAT difficulty getting them on, even w/a good shoehorn, and it was really painful. Now that they’re on, they’re still painful. The box says 9.5, but they’re too small, especially in the toes. Can I get a replacement?

These were too slim for my foot, but I was able to get a refund from Awesome Customer Support, so I’m happy!
Not true to size
I really like the feel and look of these boots, but I wear a 7 and I ordered an 8 cuz l like extra room. Unfortunately the 8 is too tight.
The boots run small
3 pairs of boots were purchased. One of the black pair has what looks to be dried glue on it. Please inspect your product before sending out.

I ordered a 91/2. These are labeled 91/2, but they are a very small 91/2. Pretty disappointed.

They need an access to get on. Foot is not able to get in without a zipper or some kind of access.

Don’t fit
I love my mukluk slippers. I had bought last month and figured these shoes would be great. Even bought the red pair size bigger so I could wear socks with them for the winter. However, neither one of them fit can’t get my foot in at all. I definitely would like to return and refund
cannot exchange size
could not exchange for size etc. You are stuck with something that you cannot use. Had to donate mine to a women’s shelter. They only offered me $2.00 credit how ridiculous. Make sure you need the item no refund. Bad customer service on trying to return.

I wear an eight and ordered a nine and they were still way too small. They are for a very thin foot.
