Neck & shoulder massager with heat
Like that it has heat & looks expensive. Arrived in large cardboard box. Did not care that 1" tape area, only holding it closed at bottom end.
Either had been opened or tape job not done properly.

Excellent product
I had been looking at this product before, and this was an amazing sale. All the products I have gotten from Morningstar have been amazing.

Nice!
I haven’t really tried this product; that is to say, I haven’t sat down, and tried all features, but I did try some of the settings, and am liking what I feel so far. I hope it’ll exceed my expectations. Side note: I didn’t know you could plug it in the car and use, but I will try that also! I’m hoping I will really, really like this product; it’ll do what is advertised so I can continue to buy from MorningSave vs. Amazon!

Does not work
The NuvōMed Shiatsu Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat does not work unless it is literally plugged into the adapter. Otherwise, it does not turn on meaning it does not work.
I would like a new massager or my money back ASAP.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
David Mack

Not Reliable!!
I am very disappointed because although I was a digit off with the address, it says it was delivered and the address doesnt even exsist so I have a hard time understanding where it was delivered and why it was not just sent back to morning saved undelivered!! And no one wants to compensate me!
