Get's the job done
This compact size massage pillow really gets the job done! The nodes do a great job of kneading the muscles. I like that it can be used on the neck and on the back. I was smart and ordered two, one to give as a gift. GREAT value, GREAT product.
This massaging pillow is great.
I have bad neck and back problems and this pillow is fantastic. I have another massager that that just buzz and pulsates but this one actually kneads the muscles. After one day of trying it out I ordered another one. Thanks
GOOD MASSAGE PILLOW - POOR SHIPPING
It was a miracle the massage pillow worked upon arrival. The retail box was dumped in a carton that could have held three of the pillow with extra room. And, OF COURSE, the carton smashed to the point of barely being sealed and the small pillow packaging was dented on one corner. This was the fault of Morning Save not FedEx. HOWEVER, the RBX Shiatsu Massage Pillow is great. I’ve also used it on sore leg muscles as well as my shoulder. Will get a lot of relieving use of it. The instructions did include use of a control button my unit doesn’t have though. Am going to contact manufacturer.

Feels great
The pillow is really a nice item to have, but I think it can only be used in the car. It has to be secured to headrest to stay in place.

The massage pillow works fine but I wish the cord was longer. Much much too short. I’m afraid to hook it to an extension cord.

How do i return is product
Bought it to use in car but too uncomfortable to use and when you put pressure on it, the massage motor stops. Can’t imagine how you can use it while driving. Also both power cords are very short about 3 feet each.
The massage is good but there is no heat. I need the heat so I’m trying to get a response from seller so I can return.
I would give it a zero if that was an option
I bought 2 as gifts for my parents. As soon as you put any pressure on it.and use it as recommended the motor stops. It works great if.you want to.just look at it spin.

Not Cordless, Outlet charger plug dangerously hot
I just used the massager out of the package…
- Not cordless (not a major issue, but disappointing).
- After 15 minutes of use, when I unplugged it from the wall, the charger was VERY hot to the touch. I would be concerned about fire with this unit.
- While trying different areas on my back, there were times that the massaging nodes would stop working. I understand that I cannot put all my weight against it, but I also cannot relax those muscles if I am trying to hold myself up. Defeats the purpose.

Actually hurts. I have a small frame and it hits bones not muscle. Would return it - but just found out MorningSave doesn’t take returns. Very disappointed. My first purchase with MorningSave. I will not be purchasing here again.
Prong In Plug Broke Within One Week
One of the silver prongs fell out of black plug in socket within one week. How can I return the defective product?

Too hard for my grandmother’s back.
The extension cord is not long enough. You have to be a few inches away from the plug for it to work. So I have to sit on floor by plug if I want to use it. Not worth it.
Oh my God that thing is so hard it gives you a headache oh it is not anything you want to lay your head on
It is not a pillow , it is hard as a rock, not impressed at all. Wish I could return it. Only used it once.
