The back wrap works fine if you can sit and stay in a chair. It has to stay plugged into a wall socket to work. You cannot get up and move from room to room without it shutting off. Too bad they didn’t put a rechargeable battery in it, other than that it works fine but because you cannot move while wearing it, I give this product 1 star or a D… Bill
