Love the size of this steamer. It’s a lot better than several others I’ve tried, in weight and really steaming my garments. I’ll be taking it with me on all of my travels.

I bought one. Loved it, but in the meantime I had ordered a bigger one. So I gave this one to my daughter in law, and she and granddaughters love it and use it all the time. I tried to just keep using the other one but I missed the Thread Express. I am looking forward to using it now!

I used to iron everything but decided a steamer would be much easie
easier and it is! This Sharper Image steamer is powerful

I used the steamer on brand new curtains that had deep wrinkles. Still need to use an ironing board for better steam control and the steamer has a metal plate for extra heat. Used steam for over 15 minutes and the water container was at 3/4th full. Totally awesome and recommend. Thank you Morning Save!

Just didn’t steam the material that I had issues with. I was unaware Garment Steamer isn’t good for some materials. Customer Service stepped in and I was refunded the purchase so I didn’t suffer a complete loss. Customer Service is great!!

I have sent an earlier message when the steamer was delivered, it has been used before, scratches etc, even the plastic bag it was worn, I take it the company doesn’t check these items when they are returned, what makes it even worse I purchased it because i am going on a cruise leaving Sunday, I am requesting a refund for the steamer, thank you
