THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

Comfort preference.
Damage or physical abuse to the cover material and/or structure, including cuts, liquid damage, tears, stains, burns, and so on. However, all warranty defects not occasioned by damage or abuse would be covered under our standard warranty.
Any damage associated with improper bed frames, adjustable bases, or foundations.
Replacement of any of the accompanying pieces from Unelma’s mattress where there is only one defective piece, unless the accompanying piece is defective also.
