We’re not sure what you’re supposed to do with this stuff. But we think maybe you do. And if you don’t, perhaps you’re adventurous enough to learn.
According to the pictures, there’s some real high-level yoga stuff you can do with this, making yourself be all svelte and toned and up-side-down. We’re not sure about all that, but will at least confirm that you can put it on the ground and lie down on it for some really satisfying stretching and back-crackiness.
Oh, and the strap? It can help you while stretching. It can also help you do super remedial yoga moves impossible to accomplish if you haven’t touched your toes in the last decade. Wherever you’re at, this can help.
