A chef would know
Ask any chef about the kitchen tools that they care about the most and they’ll invariably end up talking about the importance of a really good, sharp knife. They don’t tell you that you need a crazy knife set or an innovative chopping gadget or a countertop food processor. Nope. It’s the knife.
