Well at one point we were walking out on a tense negotiation for some chilly towel overstock led by a pompous jerk who was swearing he’d never let these go for less than $20 a piece. (He was a very angry man, but to be fair he seemed cool as a cucumber with his combination of towel and gaiters wrapped around his stingy head.)
Either way, we told him he’d come crawling back around September and indeed we were eventually able to reach a deal. Sure, we couldn’t pull it off during peak summer heat, but let’s all consider this a long play and have them on hand for unseasonably toasty fall days and all damn summer next year.
