Weigh your options.
Sure, Sharper Image doesn’t exactly have the brand cachet that it once did, but surely they don’t need to be selling these here for less than half of retail, right?
Wrong!
Because while the “Sharper Image” bit isn’t a problem (Who doesn’t love some 90s mall nostalgia?), but the SPASTUDIO name is kind of a mess. What were they even going for there? Spa vibes, presumably, with just a hint of Studio. But (A) you don’t really weigh yourself at a spa, and (B) “spasm” and “pasta” both feel like they’re jumping out of this jumble of letters more than “spa” and “studio” do.
The name is dumb, is what we’re saying.
Still, the scale itself is pretty great. It’s nice and big. It talks to your phone. It’ll look really nice in your bathroom (or your spa/studio). It’ll even do body fat and BMI.
The display is easy to read. Your measurement can be stored and tracked in the app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. It can even be used by up to eight people without losing track of the data.
We’re pretty sure you’d going to like this, especially for just $20.
If you’re up for a little bit of health tracking in 2023, this is your move.
