We’re going to go ahead and apologize in advance here, because this one has some moving parts and you’ve got decisions to make. As you can see, we’ve got the maple stroopwafel cube packs and the choco wafer minis. And the honey wafer minis. Oh, and the almond thins.

So far, not so bad.

But the “Best By” dates. They’re a bit of a rolling cascade running from March 4 through March 24. You could certainly look at the calendar and work out your likelihood of enjoying each one in its prescribed timeframe. On the other hand, you could also recognize that best-by dates are actually kind of silly and that there’s nothing appreciably different between these and brand-new packs, much less between the early March ones and the late March ones. They are all delicious and unless you’re having a real stroopwafel princess and the pea moment, you’re really (really) not going to be able to tell the difference.

Oh right. And we’re also teeing up a head-to-head showdown between Daelmans and Jules Destrooper, which is some high confectionary drama if ever we’ve seen it. Choose a side.
