What is SideDeal?

SideDeal is where brands compete with their best offers to be featured on national TV. Because no advertising payment is accepted from manufacturers, the most exciting deals win! Offers are exclusive to SideDeal and limited in both time and while supplies last. New events launch every week on Monday at 10am ET.

What is

Checkout․org is an online store platform optimized for event based offers sold under high traffic conditions. Features include community forums, order history, support contacts and an optional membership that includes free shipping on events across all participating Checkout․org sites.

What is Membership?

Our $4.99/month membership includes unlimited free shipping. You may join at our membership page, or during your next purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time from the same page (visit Membership from the menu at the top of our site).

Do you collect sales tax?

We currently collect sales tax for residents of California, Texas, New York, Illinois, Washington, and Missouri.

How will my order ship?

Most products ship via FedEx SmartPost or Ground.

When will I get my order?

You can see the estimated delivery date on your orders page, or in the confirmation email you received after ordering. Your order will generally arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

What's my order number?

We do this a little differently. Your order number is three random words instead of a number. You’ll find it in your order confirmation email (or on your orders page).

How can I track delivery of my order?

You’ll get an email when your order has shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order for one hour after it was placed by visiting your orders, clicking “Cancel” and confirming by clicking “Really?” After one hour has passed, it is probably too late to cancel, but you can use the support form to make a cancellation request.

What’s your phone number?

We don’t currently offer phone support. We can answer any of your questions through our support page.

What's your return policy?

Purchases on that arrive damaged, defective, or DOA may be replaced or refunded at our discretion provided you notify us within 21 calendar days of item receipt. Use our support form to obtain an RMA number for damaged, defective, or DOA items. Items returned without an RMA number will NOT be refunded or replaced. Because our items are steeply discounted and offered in fixed quantities, for a limited time only, we DO NOT accept buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns. Cosmetics and beauty supplies, as well as intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Why isn't there a shopping cart?

Putting items in a shopping cart can lead to them selling out before you check out, or, if we reserved the items, preventing others from buying things that get left in a cart. Because we’ve got limited quantities, we want to make sure you get what you want before it’s sold out.

However, once you buy your first item, you’ll get free shipping for the next hour on anything else you buy. We’ll combine orders when we can from the same account to the same address.

Do you ship internationally?
