Also when I’ve tried to force them to fit, they are very uncomfortable. I can hear calls but I am consistently told the person on the other end barely hears me. I had someone else use them so I could experience what callers hear when I try to talk to them. Yikes!! I was sorely disappointed. I could barely hear the person speaking.
