Damp tunes
Shower radios have been around for quite a while. And while they certainly meet the need of creating enough noise that you don’t have to spend your shower facing the deafening silence that forces you to confront your most uncomfortable personal thoughts, radio isn’t exactly what it used to be. (It turns out that the only reason we ever put up with local DJs is that they controlled our access to all the hits of the 80s, 90s and todaaaaaaay.)
Anyway, whether it’s a podcast or your music or your internet radio station, you’d probably rather just be listening to something from your phone. And even though your phone is probably technically waterproof, it also isn’t crazy about hanging out and sucking up steam on a slippery shelf next to the soap. Plus your phone speakers stink. Just get a Bluetooth speaker that can live in the shower, is what we’re saying.
Much like your singing voice, these little guys are going to sound way better in the shower than they ever would literally anywhere else.
