Made by humans
These are hand-cut, allegedly.
And honestly, the only reason we can think of for caring one way or the other about how your cat treats are sliced up at the factory is that deep down you know that your cat appreciates the notion that humans are laboring on their behalf.
They can’t read the package and probably don’t really understand the intricacies of high-volume food manufacturing, but you do get the sense that they would probably be glad to know someone was sweating for their benefit. Or maybe they can taste the artisanal vibes of something made slowly enough that a person can keep up rather than something optimized for flying down an assembly line as quickly as possible before the same conveyor belt starts cranking out gummy bears just in time for Halloween.
(Maybe. We don’t know much about high-volume food manufacturing either.)
Regardless, cats seem to like these a lot and you know a good deal when you see one. Stock up and let your cat know that you didn’t lovingly cut these up, but someone did.
