Well, just received and all but one battery was dead and that one is on its last legs. Contacted company and hopefully they will replace them.

5 gifts or only 1?
I thought I was getting 5 trackers for 5 gifts but its all in one box with only 1 set of instructions, so confused how many gifts I bought. Can’t speak to the product just yet.

Ordered from meh and loved them. Decided to order more and these are a bad batch. Do not work, the one(of ten I purchased) that did work broke apart in one day. Customer service at morning save won’t respond. Customer service at track r won’t respond. Don’t waste your money. Too bad because we loved the first generation of these
Defective and not able to get to work
Only three of the five devices chimed and lit up when pressed. Couldn’t get past the terms of use page when downloading the app. Not a product I would recommend to anyone.
2 out of 5 work
I bought the two boxes and in both boxes, only 2 out of the 5 even light up. I paired the first one with my Samsung phone and can’t figure out how to pair my iPad. The pairing is confusing and unreliable. I will update if I figure it out. The instructions don’t work. It keeps telling me to hit the clear button on my phone as if I am changing one pixel trackr for another. Too frustrating to have so few work. Can’t give any as gifts because I can’t trust them.
Terrible device
In the first place, all batteries are weak and some not working, to remove batteries is very hard, I couldn’t remove the backing and the sound is very low, if you are a senior citizen, do not buy, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this item.
Bad battery
Received the items brand new but the battery was already very low after only used once for a few seconds. The battery replacement wasn’t really free, coz there’s a shipping fee.very disappointed. Will try to return.
Faulty cheap constructed product
Out of the 5 trackers in the kit only one. Seemed functional and yet did not work. Struggling to hear back from customer service after 4 communications. Would not recommend
Garbage
Batteries were dead in most of the units. When it finally paired with my phone, the remote units would not remain connected. There’s a reason this was reduced to $5. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered them to replace tiles. Set of 5 received. Only one worked correctly and it said it needs a new battery
No Wonder
Only one paired. Thought they were GPS trackers. Range is not practical for anything other than finding something or someone near by.

Low battery, could not find Android app
The very moment I connected 2 of 3 devices showed low battery and as of right now I cannot find the app for my phone.
