Customer service has been extremely accommodating. When notified about the size error descriptions on the website, they have gone above and beyond in response to being upset about the size of these pyramids. I cannot fault how gracious and accommodating they have been and will certainly purchase from them again.

Looks a lot bigger in the picture! It’s a lot smaller than the picture a lot smaller! And you notice the pictures take it outside where the sun can shine through it you have to hold it up to the light to see it because it’s so small.
