Just received this product for my husband. He has been plagued with neck pain, pinched nerve. He has just tried this & Wow, he said better than a Chiropractor or massage. Feels so good on his neck. He is giving right now a 5 star.
Worth every penny!
I have always wanted one of these but hesitant to buy. I’m glad I found this brand! Wouldn’t you know my shoulders were aching and this did the trick. One session and I was back on point. Bravo!

Hits the spot! but it's louder than I expected.
I like the multiple options setting and the ability to change the intensity higher and lower. I thought the sound of it is a bit louder than expected. I haven’t tried any other similar items, but I have a foot spa that is more quiet.

Hard to figure out
The sheet included with the massager is no more than a description of the product and does not give any details about how to combine modes and strength for the best benefit of the area being massaged. I am looking forward to learning more about this much needed Neck and Shoulder Massager.

Eternal Home neck and shoulder massager
I received my neck and shoulder massager recently but am not real happy with it. It is very forceful and VERY Loud. Perhaps I was not aware of what this massager would do. It is more like a pounding massage and I was looking for something more gentle. The biggest problem for me though is how loud it is with the massager on my shoulders and not so far from my ears.
Bad packaging
If morning save would kindly send me a shipping bag I will return it. The packaging was badly damaged the inside box also. The product is not wrapped. Nasty. Thank you
Not impressed.
It says this does shiatsu and kneading, mine only has different speeds of percussion. That’s it. I am very disappointed. The size is nice.

The product received is defective.
Used
This item must have been returned by someone and resold. It came in a crunched up bag. The 1 page instructions was crunched up in the box and one of the prongs on the plug were squeezed inward and it had no protective casing. I’d like my money back please
There's no kneading going on here.
I gave my mom a massager that had a deep tissue kneading function. I liked this one because it is smaller but not happy with overall performance.

This thing is nothing like I saw on the Talk .this one will cause you pain not help stop pain and there is no heat at all I am very disappointed in this product

all this does is pound! I have neck issues and it is not massaging at all! It doesn’t do what it describes, save your money on this one!

It’s not soothing at all. Smaller than it looks in the ad. Not much variation between the 38 modes.

Shuts off and over heats . Trying to return
Feature on the foot massager doesn’t work. I don’t feel anything on mode 1 and 2 and on mode 3 where it is supposed to apply only pressure, it shot off completely. Need procedure for returning merchandise.
