They wrote me back and issued me a credit very quickly. I was treated with respect and I really appreciated that. I will not hesitate to order again because I know if I ever have a problem it will be handled quickly. By the way, the boots are really cute and well made. My only problem is that I couldn’t get them on. The opening is small.
