Received 4 ordinary knit hats. Not Fleece-Sherpa lined, no Thermal label. No label at all.

Item does not fit;One Size Fits All is not true. They are not soft and comfortable nor do they achieve max warmth. Would never purchase again. Would be great if I could get a refund.
Not as advertised. Thin hat with no Fleece lining
This hat is advertised as a Fleece-lined winter hat. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a very thin unlined hat that can not be used in real winter weather. I feel scammed!
Where's the fleece?
They are not lined.
