Lumpy and uncomfortable
Very hard to use. Could not position in any way that it didn’t completely hurt to use it. Also it had no heat, that was a bummer. I hurt so bad after using this I felt like I got beat up. Really was not enjoyable AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Not what I had Hoped for!
I have recently tried this Massager. I found that it is very rough, the Massaging Balls are very hard and left me in Pain.

there is NO comfortable position.
