I am totally blown away on how loud and clear the sound of these headphones. I can honestly compare them with my Bose headphones. The price and quality of these headphones were perfect and I have walked all over my house and never lose reception. I rate these headphones 5 stars and will recommend them to ALL of my friends

We like the feel, size (for the most part), and operating. The part we don’t care for are the buttons. They are very small and not very clear.

Cheaply built. Ear covers detached from the headphones, and extremely tight fit. This item can not be $80 value.

Pretty CHEAP construction. I think the beautiful packaging box cost more than the headphones. They are VERY cheap-feeling! Cheap plastic. These should RETAIL for about $12.99. NO WAY they were supposed to be $80.
You get what you paid for
Although it looks good physically, it doesn’t mean it sounds as good as the brand name one. I had a Soundcore q30 that I bought around $40 which sounds way better than this one, forget about comparing it with other brand name ones. For $15 something, I guess I can’t really expect a higher quality product. Headphones sound kinda muffled and sound really bad once you go more than half level on the volume. I would not recommend this product at all. 2 star is already a generous rating from me.

These are a very weak plastic and the ear pads do not stay on. Very unhappy with purchasing

Opened to box the headphones came in but there was no instructions included. On the exterior of the box was an email address to contact the company. Also on the exterior of the box was the statement: “Caution: cancer and reproductive harm.” I sent an email to the address and received a message that this address wasn’t valid.
Bad Product
People have said that the sound quality is terrible. I was sure looking forward to good quality.
Cheaply made
The item was broken when it came in the mail. One of the headphones speaker was shaking in the headphone. It was not attached.

One of the headphones broke when I tried it. I sent a complaint and got a number but don’t know what to do. How do I get them replaced??
Defective
I took the headphones out of the box and the cushioned ear pieces both fell off immediately. I guess I have to glue them back on. Not happy!
