Arrived damaged and missing cord and oils
This is the only item I have received from MorningSave that I have had issue with.
- All three arrived 12/22/21 and were ordered 11/20/21
- The box the three diffusers arrived in was damaged
- Of the three diffusers, one box was partially destroyed with no cord, no instructions and none of the 20 essential oils
- The second diffusers box was damaged at the bottom and had to be taped so the items would not fall out. All items were included
- The third diffuser was in very good shape with no issues.
- These were going to be used as Christmas gifts but now I have one that is useless.
Too small
Picture depicts that item is much larger than it actually is very disappointed in the size
T please be hesitant on any purchase. No live costumer service, a month before order was forfilled, talked with CS more than 8 times. No one could help. Just given scripted answers but never helping costumer or real answers to solution.
We opened it for Christmas today and it doesn’t work
