love this product so far ! Haven’t used it long but love it enough that I ordered it again on a bogo buy so I could give to a friend for Christmas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of through products, very large. Packing can be better, the containers rattles around inside can possibly break, but I am pleased with the set.

The pumps on 2 items did not work

Hard to dispense lotion. Not impressed with cleanser or mask. Very disappointed! Can I return for full refund
Smells bad
It smells horrible. The guy on the Kelly Clarkson show said it has a nice sent. Unfortunately, my 2 orders smell awful, like the product is old. Or just has no sent. Maybe that’s why they were selling at a ridiculous price. Can’t believe anyone nowadays.
Quench is a Good name for this product. It’s ALL watery! I’d like my money back, please!
