Yes it’s true that you have to read the instructions … it’s the only way you will get it right with this neck massager. I’m very careful when it comes to anything that has to do with my neck so of course the instructions were a must. I was suffering from chronic neck pain and migraines for about 2 years now and literally nothing has worked until I bought this neck massager … the pain was gone almost immediately and I felt like a million bucks!!!
