Wonderful
I have degeneration in 3 cervical vertebral disc. I have used a TENS unit for yearsWhich has been very helpful eventually the unit quits working. This is so easy to operate and I like the variety of the modes. I recommend this massage for anyone with neck problems

I received this item fot my extensive neck issues. When I tried to turn it on I noticed it did not come with batteries. I inturn inserted the batters and it did not work either. Please assist me I have had no creams or gels to assist my pain and I really wouldd love one that is workable.

I took possession of the above item yesterday from USPS. It has failed repeatedly to get any “mode” xcept
“Tens”. The box was dented upon arrival as though maybe something
heavy had maybe crushed it? Am respectfully requesting a replacement if at all possible or a refund. I would prefer the original product ordered as I have a need for it now. Thank you for your attention in this matter. I have enjoyed your products.

Was not assembled right.
The batteries won’t fit. The springs are on the same side so when you try to put a battery in it has 2 springs. I would rate this a zero if there was a option.
Doesn't work at all
I bought this for a gift doesn’t work at all…very disappointed…I bought because the person would benefit from it…not the case…waste of 50.00.
