Doesn’t move - support won’t help refurb purchases

I feel like I wasted my money. Unit powers on and connects to WiFi and mobile app but doesn’t move from the dock. Called support # in instruction pamphlet only to be given another number specifically for refurbished units. That number is only staffed M-F during business hours. Not happy so far.
