I got the order earlier, was good, i had not used, but hope will be fine
Vacuum has alot of suction to get pet hair picked up nicely. I recommend this shark vacuum.
Inconsistent presentation
This little vacuum works as expected. However, the photos presented shows a base for the vacuum, which was not included and not in the written description. The enclosed paperwork is dated 2018. I made this purchase in March 2023. It doesn’t appear refurbished. However, I wish I had received the base presented in the photo.

Missing Dust Cup
I haven’t tried the Shark Pet Perfect Cordless Handheld Vacuum as of 1/16/23. It was delivered on 12/28/22 in just a cardboard box. There was no official box or packaging. The instructions were lose in the box with the vacuum which listed all pieces and parts necessary for function. Upon review, I noticed the dust cup filter listed was not in the box! I would like to be contacted to discuss delivery of the missing dust cup filter!
